At Clean and Clear, you will always receive a text the day before your scheduled service. I specialize in window cleaning in all weather conditions, except for high winds or heavy rain. To ensure your satisfaction, I offer a cleaning guarantee; if you're not happy with the window clean, I will come back to re-clean them. (Must be notified within 24 hours of the clean). Additionally, I provide gutter cleaning services to keep your home in top shape.
I strive to provide a cleaning guarantee by getting to you on a set day every time. However, during storm seasons, there may be a delay in our gutter cleaning and window cleaning services. If a clean is skipped, there may be an additional charge on the next clean, as it takes longer to clean with bigger intervals between cleans.
I accept bank transfer and, if needed, will accept cash payment for services like window cleaning and gutter cleaning. Payment is due within 3 days after each clean, and I offer a cleaning guarantee for your peace of mind. Payments should be made out to Matt Shephard, trading as Clean and Clear Windows, with the account number 23710937 and sort code 04-00-03. Please use your house number and postcode as a reference.
